Community Acupunture
Welcome to Our Community Multi-Bed Hub
Our Community Multi-Bed Hub is a unique acupuncture clinic offering treatments in a shared, communal setting. Designed to make acupuncture more accessible, this model allows multiple patients to receive care simultaneously while maintaining a calm and supportive environment. By operating in this way, we can provide high-quality treatments at a reduced rate, making acupuncture affordable for everyone.

How the Multi-Bed Model Works
The multi-bed clinic focuses on efficiency and accessibility without compromising on care. Treatments are carried out in a shared space, with each patient relaxing on their own comfortable couch. Privacy and dignity are maintained through careful planning and discreet communication.
This approach allows us to help more people in a cost-effective way, while fostering a sense of community. Many patients find the shared space comforting and appreciate the opportunity to experience acupuncture alongside others.
What to Expect During Your Visit
Arrival and Preparation
When you arrive at the clinic, you’ll be asked to complete a consent form if you haven’t already done so. Once checked in, you can:
- Remove your shoes, socks, watches, and jackets.
- Place them in the storage box provided under the treatment couch.
- Make yourself comfortable on the couch.
Consultation and Treatment Menu
Your practitioner will come over to chat with you about your symptoms and treatment goals. You’ll then be able to choose from a treatment menu tailored to your needs.
Most acupuncture points used during the session will be located on the lower arms and legs, so wearing loose, comfortable clothing is recommended. If you require treatment on other areas of the body, this will be discussed, and a private couch behind a screen will be available if needed.
The Acupuncture Session
Once your treatment plan is decided:
- Fine, sterile needles will be gently inserted into the selected acupuncture points.
- You’ll relax on your couch for approximately 30 minutes while the needles work to stimulate the body’s healing response.
- The shared space fosters a peaceful atmosphere, helping you unwind during your session.
Additional Therapies Available
In addition to acupuncture, our multi-bed sessions include several complementary therapies to enhance your treatment and support your health:
- Celluma Light Therapy: A low-level light therapy that promotes pain relief, reduces inflammation, and supports skin rejuvenation. This gentle, non-invasive treatment enhances the body’s healing response and relaxation.
- TDP Infrared Heating Lamp: This targeted therapy uses infrared light to reduce muscle pain, inflammation, and stiffness. It enhances circulation, delivering oxygen and nutrients to the tissues, making it an excellent complement to acupuncture.
- Gua Sha: A gentle scraping technique applied to specific areas of the body to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and support lymphatic drainage.
- Ear Seeds: Small, adhesive seeds applied to specific points on the ear as part of auriculotherapy. These seeds provide ongoing stimulation to enhance the effects of your treatment between sessions.
Why Choose a Multi-Bed Clinic?
The multi-bed model offers several benefits:
- Affordability: Reduced rates make acupuncture accessible to more people.
- Efficiency: By treating multiple patients at once, more appointments are available without compromising on care.
- Community: Many patients enjoy the supportive atmosphere of a shared space.
- Flexibility: Individual needs are still prioritized, with private spaces available when required.
Our Community Multi-Bed Hub combines affordability, professional care, and a welcoming environment to ensure acupuncture is accessible for everyone. Whether you’re new to acupuncture or a returning patient, we aim to make your experience as relaxing and beneficial as possible.
